Shipping Policy

At ReZen Therapy, we're serious about getting your ZenPod to you in good shape and as swiftly as possible! The delivery times we give are our best guess, based on what our trusty carriers tell us. We aim for your package to land on your doorstep quicker than the latest estimate we give.


Once your order departs from the ReZen warehouse, it's in the safe hands of our carriers. They'll do their best to deliver your ZenPod on time and right where you need it. And just to make sure it's all good, we get a signature from you when it's delivered, confirming that your package has arrived safe and sound.


Now, we can't be responsible if our carriers lose your package while it's in transit, but don't worry, we're still looking out for you. We'll keep you updated on your ZenPod's journey, and we insure all packages for up to $150. Plus, remember that signature we mentioned? It's all part of our mission to get your order to you safe and sound.

60 Day Guarantee

Feeling unsure about your ZenPod? Hey, we understand. That's why we've got a 60-day guarantee in place just for you! If your ZenPod isn't making your day within 60 days from when you received it, give us a shout. We're here to help. The product must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging, or will be subject to restocking fee.


Just drop us a line at help@rezentherapy.com, and let us know what's up. We're here to make things right. To keep everything organized, we'd appreciate it if you could send us one email for each order you're not happy with, complete with your contact details and order number.





Free Shipping

We're happy to send your order anywhere in North America and guess what? The shipping's on us! We'll pick a reliable carrier to get your order to your doorstep, and it won't cost you a penny.


If you're in a hurry and want your ZenPod even faster, we've got a speedier option. Just choose our premium express shipping at checkout. It'll cost a bit extra, but sometimes you just can't wait.


One last thing: if any taxes or duties pop up when your order crosses the border, you'll need to take care of those. They're a bit out of our control, and in rare cases may apply.



Returns

No worries if you're not totally in love with your ZenPod. We're all about making sure you're happy, so here's the deal:


If your ZenPod isn't quite what you expected, you can send it back to us, no problem! But we need it to be in the same condition as you got it – unused and still in its original packaging. Make sure we get it back within 60 days from the day you received it.


Now, if you've used your ZenPod and want to return it, there may be a restocking fee. That's just a little cost to get it ready for its next home. This fee will be taken from the refund amount. Return postage is paid for in the case of unused, non discounted product. Discounted items will be returned at the expense of the customer.


Just a heads up though, if your ZenPod got damaged because it wasn't used correctly (according to our guidelines), we can't accept it back or give you a refund.


Ready to make a return? Simply shoot us an email at help@rezentherapy.com, and we'll help you get a return label.

Make sure your ZenPod is in saleable, like new condition, and once we get it back, we'll process your refund. Return all orders to the below address to ensure timely processing of your refund.


Don't forget to include all the necessary details on the return package - things like the return address and order number. Mark the order number clearly on the outside of the package. Please also include a copy of your original invoice in the package and tell us what product(s) you're sending back.

Warranty Policy

We're thrilled you've chosen Rezen Therapy's ZenPod, and we've got you covered. Let's get the technical stuff out of the way and explain what this warranty means for you in simple terms.


What Do We Cover and For How Long?

Once you get your ZenPod in your hands, our warranty kicks in. It lasts for a full year – that's 12 months. But keep in mind, it's only for you, the first person to buy the ZenPod. It can't be passed on to anyone else if you sell or gift your ZenPod to them.


What's Included in the Warranty?

If anything goes wrong with your ZenPod because of the way it was made or put together, we've got you covered. We promise to fix it, replace the part that isn't working, or find another way to make things right for you.


What Isn't Covered?

Here are the situations when we can't help out:


If your ZenPod gets damaged because it wasn't used right or was handled carelessly.

If something happens to it because of nature, like sun damage, or a disaster like a fire.

Scratches or dents that are just about looks and don't stop your ZenPod from working.

If your ZenPod is tampered with or serviced by someone we didn't authorize.

Normal wear and tear, or damage that doesn't affect how your ZenPod works.


What To Do If You Need To Use The Warranty?

If your ZenPod isn't working the way it should, get in touch with us. Send us your contact details, your ZenPod's order number, a clear photo or video showing what's wrong, and a description of the problem. We'll do our best to solve any issues within 14 days from when we hear from you.
