How do I get started?
How tall can you be and still fit?
The ZenPod was designed with you in mind and can comfortably fit all but the tallest humans (up to 6'7).
What is the ideal water temperature for max benefit?
The optimal range for cold immersion therapy is considered to be between 10-15° C (50-59°F). Most of the studies which have gone on to describe the benefits of cold water were done at 15°C. We've found that most tap water comes out at 15° or less, so in many cases you wont even need ice.
How much ice do you need?
Our experience shows that adding three bags of ice can reduce the temperature by approximately 5-6 degrees. Given that tap water often flows at around 15° or lower, you might not even need ice—except those extra warm days. (Sorry, Arizona friends!)
What can I use instead of ice cubes?
We've discovered a highly effective trick: freeze a 12 or 24 pack of bottled water and use these as reusable ice packs. Just toss them into the water about 10-15 minutes before your plunge. They are eco-friendly and get the job done just as well!
How long do you sit in it?
There is no one size fits all, but it is recommended to reap all the benefits of cold immersion therapy that you sit at least 11 minutes per week in water that is 15°C or cooler. However, we recommend per plunge:
15 degrees: 10 minutes
10 degrees: 5-10 minutes
5 degrees: 2-5 minutes
3 degrees: 1-3 minutes
How often do you have to change the water?
We recommend refreshing the water on a weekly basis, particularly during hotter weather. However, employing a suitable water treatment method can prolong the lifespan of the water between changes.
Is there a way to extend the life of the water between changes?
Although we are unable to endorse a specific treatment, feedback from our customers suggests that regular cleaning, coupled with the use of bromine tablets or hydrogen peroxide, and keeping your ZenPod out of the sun can effectively prolong the water's freshness.
Always consider the safety of the chosen treatment for both you and the ZenPod's PVC material.
What is recommended after the plunge?
Our advice is to allow your body to return to its normal temperature gently and without sudden changes. Engaging in light activities such as jumping jacks or stretching can assist in this process as your core temperature gradually re-establishes its baseline.

Does it come with a cover?

How much water does it hold?
The ZenPod can hold up to 330L of water.
How long does the water stay cold?
Your ZenPod functions like a large insulated cooler, so it can maintain a fairly consistent temperature throughout the day, as long as it's kept out of direct sunlight. To enjoy the coolest experience, we recommend taking your cold plunge in the morning before the day's ambient temperature has a chance to warm up the tub.
How should I care for my Zenpod?
We suggest a gentle clean between each refill, and advise keeping the tub away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can impact the material's durability over time. Additionally, if temperatures drop below -10, we recommend not leaving the tub filled and outdoors. The cold air can cause the materials, particularly the inflated parts, to become more brittle and susceptible to damage.
Can I leave my ZenPod outside during the winter?
We advise against leaving your filled ZenPod outdoors in temperatures falling below -10 degrees Celsius, as the materials risk becoming more brittle and susceptible to damage. Please note that warranty claims may not cover damage incurred due to incorrect usage in winter conditions.
Can I leave my ZenPod outdoors all year round?
The ZenPod is designed for year-round outdoor use, except under extreme hot or cold conditions. To prolong the lifespan of the materials, we strongly recommend keeping your ZenPod out of direct sunlight. Avoid keeping it outdoors when temperatures exceed 25 degrees Celsius or dip below -10 degrees Celsius.
What is it made out of?
Crafted from PVC materials, the ZenPod is engineered with a 5-layer Thermalock insulation system, ensuring the chill is efficiently retained.
How full should I fill it?
We suggest filling your ZenPod to about 60-70% of its full capacity to account for the water displacement that occurs when you immerse yourself. This recommendation may vary based on your personal height and size.
How does the drainage system work?
The ZenPod comes fitted with a drain nozzle and a bottom drain for easy water release. You can connect the accordion adapter to a hose and drain the water safely away from the tub. However, due to potential flood risks, we advise against using the ZenPod in indoor environments where possible.
How does the cushion work?
The cushion is designed to be filled with water and placed at the bottom of your ZenPod, providing a comfortable resting spot for you to sit on.

How long does it take to complete an order?
We ship all orders from our Canadian warehouse within 48 hours or less of your purchase. The estimated shipping times are between 6 and 12 days across North America.

Will my order get to me without any issues?
We use XYZ carrier for deliveries within Canada and the United States, and ensure that all orders are signed for upon delivery. Orders may spend time in customs of the receiving country where the shipment is to arrive. We cannot estimate customs clearance time, but in most cases should be marginal.
IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
All orders are fulfilled by our Canadian warehouse within 48 hours, and the estimated shipping time is 5-12 days North America wide.
How much is delivery?
We ship all orders to Canada and the United States free of charge. If an express shipping option is desired, this can be selected at checkout for a small fee. We offer paid shipping to international destinations outside of these countries.

My order was damaged. What can I do?
If your order was damaged during delivery, please reach out to us at help@rezentherapy.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will process a shipping insurance claim on your behalf. Failure to report damage within this time frame may affect your claim and compensation.

Do you offer returns?
We offer free returns to all customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase. For a full refund, we expect to receive product in unused, saleable condition with product in original packaging. Used orders may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be taken out of final compensation. We will cover the cost of return postage to have order shipped back to us.
Items which have been damaged due to user error or incorrect usage as per our recommended guidelines are not valid for a refund.
How do returns work?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return at help@rezentherapy.com. We will assist in getting a return label issued out to you. The goods must be returned in salable condition, and the refund will be processed once the order has been returned. Please visit our shipping and returns section for more details.
I'm not happy with my purchase, what can I do?
